we are going into forclosure because the house we purchased had huge title problems and the property line goes through the middle of the home......i know we have legal rights but my question is will the bank go after me?....or go after an insured title policy
wow that was insightfull.....will the bank pursue their title policy in the event that they get back the house and can no longer sell it because of the greivous flaw?
