Getting Started
Hey all, thanks in advance for your responses, I know i will get some help you seem like a great group. I will be starting my call and go arounds tomorrow to the different township offices in search of the preforeflosure listings. My question is, is there something in particular that i am looking for, or can i simply say i am looking for a list of preforeclosures?

what you are seeking may be called different things in different jurisdictions.....
