Hi everyone,

I have came across the above website, which give their members acess to foreclosure information in all states. To become a member there is a fee for about $400.00. I beleive this is a one time fee. My question to everyone who is reading this; is currently anyone a member of this site? Or are fimiliar with them. If so, I would like to hear from you either by reply to this post or by email. Your feedback is greatly appreciated.

    I have seen this site but haven't though enough to pay the fee. Here in MD, there are several auctions sites that I visit that give the information of upcoming auctions for free. You might check and see if there is such a site for HI.

    I've heard but can't confirm that most of their listings are not up to date. Old information.

    I wouldn't pay for it until you found someone who uses it and recommends it highly.

    I would not recommend them, from what I hear from others they are likely to take your money and run, the lists are bogus or obsolete! Save your money and hook up with a good broker or go out and do some research yourself.

    There are a lot of scam artists out there so be careful. A good place to research companies
    is ripoff ****Must Reach Senior Investor status before posting URL's***.

    Thanks all for all the advice. I decided not to enroll into their website. I got off my butt, and went to the court house where the information was readily available.
