Where can I get the agreement contract, to give to the investor who will buy the home? Who can I get to look over the contract to make sure everythings ok? What contracts do I need for the foreclosed seller, and the investor who will buy the home? Where can I get these contracts? What information is required about the motivated seller do I need to give to the investor? Can I get this from the court files ? :-)
