Fannie Mae Guidelines Have Changed
Fannie Mae has changed there guidelines on seasoning also. You have to have 6 months seasoning for fannie mae to buy the loan from a lender. The lenders have resorted to requiring that the property has 6 months from time of purchase or refinance before they will do the loan.
It changes everyday, on the flip side they have opened up to where investors can have 10 financed properties with certain stipulations to it.
