Has any of you here done a SS thru Fairbanks/SPS? I just Submitted paper work on a property, and was curious how long it acutally takes. Thanks

    I'm working one right now..submitted on 9/24 and just today it got to underwriting...

    They play hardball. A key thing they like to see is $1000 for all junior liens max.

    I'm hoping I can get them to budge on this but they are very persistant.

    I have done a couple thru LSC Fairbanks capital in utah. The process is kind of rigid. The key is to stay in contact everyother day with the loan rep assigned to your file. Also when they issue the SS acceptance letter it contains a ton of legal stuff you must follow along w/ time deadlines which can e extended with the daily per diem.
    Keep working to get the letter from them and you'll be home free. The key is with the BPO, they take this as gospel and won't budge too much from that value.
