Does anyone have an example of the form they use to present to a lender for short sale. I am working on a short sale and don't have alot of time.

    there is no one, single 'form' to use. An application for short sale consideration is a series of documents and forms that should support your Proposal.

    If you are pressed for time, you could simply prepare an executive summary and submit it to the mortgagee attached to the mortgagor's letter of authorization.

    I currently have a signed contract,authorization to release information,pictures and have had estimates done for the repairs. I just would like to get an idea on how I should present the figures to the lender so they will accept my proposal. I would appreciate any help.
