Easy Reference Resource For Stepping Thru Ss
I have a situation (posted in the Legal Forum) that I may well attempt to remedy with an SS of an FHA loan currently included in a bk13.
I will probably be moving the ss particulars over here shortly to get a few specifics.
In the meantime, is there a reference, book, kit, link, etc. that someone can recommend that will give me an overview of how to put the package together, and so on?
I'm completely new to the subject.
if you are somewhat familiar with real estate transactions, then the SortSalePro here on TCI sells a primer..that will be, IMO, all you would need..
