Double Closings
I am in the process of locating Bank Owned Properties and then matching them up with cash or hard money buyers.
I would like to assign the deal to the investor using the double closing process but I have two questions first.
Do you know of any Attoneys that conduct double closing? I am going to make sure the buyer is aware of what were going to do.
Do you have any suggestions on how to get my assignement fee without having to do a double close?
