Double Closing For SS In Illinois
I have successfully negotiated a short sale with a lender and I have also sold the property to an end buyer.
I have not been able to find a title company or closing agent that will do a dry closing on the first escrow. The end buyer has an approved loan and is looking to close the deal.
How do I do a dry closing on the front end or obtain the funds necessary to do the front end closing?
Please recommend a title company or closing agent that will allow a dry closing on the front end of this double closing or a willing investor that will supply the funds necessary to do the front end closing.

My recommendation is to located a seasoned real estate attorney to facilitate the proceedings or maybe it may be best to just assign the contract to the end buyer.
