Double Close In The Real World
Who here has actual experience doing a double close in the last couple of months. I understand that you must get a title company to cooperate. What I am most concerned about the end buyer's conventional lender. Any stories or widow or experiences you can share would be appreciated.

Brenda I did one Monday and gosh I can tell you the term *flip* was used again and again. Not so long ago I could do a double close and use my buyers funds to fuel my purchase *straw man*now this is tough to pull off in a title company.
