Does Any Investor In Here Negotiate Forbearances ?
If any investors in here negotiate forbearances and use some of those leads to do short sales, please let me know. I just want to know if anyone has a specific contract they use for the forbearance negotiation.

I frequently orchestrate forbearance agreements knowing full well that the likelihood of a re-default is great. Why charge for a couple of phone calls? If you explain to the homeowner that the FB may unravel, and if when/if they defauilt again, the homeowners should not hesitate to call for another review of remaining options.
Those that need help the most are the least able to pay.
You're absolutely right
1. The second did not require the homeowner to sign an unsecured note for any deficiency.
2. These were all pre-foreclosure.
