Hi all, Who is the Short Sale guru or what ever they are called these days? This is an area I have to say I know very little about so I was just wondering who was the one to learn from? MarkB

Ahh I see the confusion here,,,, what I was asking was who is teaching this, who are the ones with books or info and such.
I am very much aware of this site and the ability to get answers to specific questions but I was simply looking for an overview,
For instance if I wanted to know about buying wobbly boxes I might read over Lonnies Deals on Wheals... or if I wanted to know about Lease Options David and Peters book would do just fine.
So anyone wrote a book on this one?

Jeff Kaller has a good course out. I have found it to be very helpful.

if the numbers make sense, you could still try and buy it from the 2nd or directly from the 1st.
If the assignment tells the about the 2nd paid, this will give a little info on the discount they got v. the SS proposal.
