Cost For Attorneys Fees

Can anyone give me an average cost the lender incurrs for attorney fees?

I am trying to put together a proposal and I want my case to look realistic.

I have revceived a payoff from a different foreclosure 3 days before auction and the attorney fees were $3700.

Is this about normal? Could I use $4,000 for attorneys fees? Do they vary much or is $3500-$4000 about normal?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Thanks to their elaborate software, the lender will know, down to the last penny what they will spend to foreclose, take back, hold, and liquidate the property.

They already know, per business models to which they must adhere, their anticpated range of net recovery...

What can't they control or predict? Property value, condition, and the local market.
