I know there are many companies offering short sale negotiations for residential.Does anyone know of anybody
who specializes in commercial short sale negotiations?

    I agree, bargain.

    Sounds like he is a realtor. THe original poster said "Any profit is split 50/50..." His commission is not profit, and from his youtube videos he proudly announces in his program realtors are paid full commission.

    I would ask to see a HUD-1 statement from one of his closings where he split the "profit" 50/50. Good luck with that.
