Capital Gains And LLC
Hey gang,
I just sold an investment property and made 80k profit. I had the check be made out to my dad and I LLC instead of my name. I have no 1031 exchg in place.
1) Can I still use my LLC as a parking spot while I use a facilitator? Its only been a week since I closed and recieved check in LLC checking account
2)Or am I just out of luck on this one.
