Buying A Short Sale Home
We currently have a offeron a home in Bend Oregon that is being sold as a short sale through American Home Mortgage. Can anyone tell me about any of their experiences buying a short sale. Is there anyway to expidite the process? Our house of choice has only one mortgage company to deal with and both the realtors (our and theirs) work for the same company. Is their hope that our deal will go through? We offered 200k on 245K.
