Bank Of America - Please Help!

Hello. I contacted Bank of America to buy a note they hold at a discount. The note is in 2nd position and the first is in default. There is no equity with the current loans. I was told by Bank of America that they do not sell individual loans. I was told that they only sell in bulk to their approved vendors. Has anybody been successful buying a note from Bank of America? Is there a way to get a list of companies that buy notes in bulk and then sell those individually? Thanks in advance, Alexander.
