B Of N.Y. & Greenwhich SS
Hi all,
I am in the process of doing a SS sale with Countrywide as the servicing company for a 1st and 2nd. The investor for the first is Bank of New York. The second investor is Greenwhich.
FMV approx. $550,000
1st. 450,000
2nd. 112,000
Fix up 5,000
Any advice on how to approach this matter? Has any one dealt with either of these two investors, if so what % do they typically discount?
