Would someone be willing to give me some details regarding what should be included in the authorization to release form and how to complete the net sheet?
I have a owner once that had been burned several times and would not sign anything, including my 5 sentence typed authorization. I had him write in his own words and authorization, sign it, and the bank took it without question.
he wrote something like the following.
