Authorization To Relase Form Sample
Does anyone have some sample wording used in an Authorization to Release form? Does it just need to be signed or does it need to be noterized also? Is this just authorizing the bank to speak with me or does there need to be specific wording that they are autherized to speak with me and I am allowed to negotiate a short sale on the owners behalf?
Here is what I use. I format it to look very professional. I perfer a non-dated release.
