How can you wholesale your short sale deal when the lender puts "CANNOT ASSIGN THIS CONTRACT" wording in the short sale agreement?

    SO HOw Does the End Buyer take his or loan proceeds to buy an LLC from Me! It seems that in a nutshell I would have to due a double closing.
