Just wondering if anyone has done a short sale with Union Planters. Have a prospective deal where they are the lender and just looking for some feedback. Thanks

    The deals I've worked on with UP were all, or mostly all VA insured loans. Find out if the loan is a VA insured. You'll need VARO input and approval.
