Any Protection For Owners? Need Help....
Is there any kind of law protecting owners from severe property value decline?
Story is, I purchased a home 9 years ago for 78k, to date I owe 63k, am renting section 8, I've been trying to sell for over 2 years now and can't get any offer over 50k. Aside from taking a 13k hit and getting rid of it, is there anyone I could contact or anything I could do to get out of it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
