    Hi Everyone:
<BR>The #1 Short Sale Bootcamp right now is Dwan Bent-Twyford. I have been to hercamp and am now doing some great deals due to the techniques that she teaches. I would highly recommend

I thought that was the case SSPro... Good Point...
However, I am speaking from real world. I have never heard of anybody getting in trouble for giving a deed before approval....

    Jeffrey,

First, I agree with everything SSPro posted. I am currently teaching SS, and I specifically teach them not to grab the deed. Also, I know for a fact that Dwan and Sharon are both still doing short sales.

Everyone who is teaching brings their own unique skill set, and experiences to their courses. Personally, I think if you really want to know all you can learn about short sales, you should be reading everything that is out there, even the really bad courses. From that, you put together the information that fits your style the best, and do the one thing that will teach you the most. Actually do a short sale.
