Can't Seem To Sell My Nice Property In South Carolina
The agents will list and sell their own listings,then not come out to show any other agents listings.This has cost me time and living in limbo.It's spacious,paved road,minutes from town,shopping,medical,and a state park. Good schools,almost no crime.It's the ONLY wood frame/vinyl house on 2.48 beautiful partially wooded acres,with wooded road frontage on a paved road,gated drive under $100,000. Why can't I sell? I can send pictures plus it is listed For Sale on here too. I'm back trying to sell on my own again. hkruse@bellsouth.net

Helen, why not sell your property with a buyers agent bonus of 5%?
I have heard of that being done to great success in other areas.
