1. What are the best sources to use to raise funds for a downpayment on strip center, malls,NNN properties etc.
2. I am aware of techniques to purchase with no money down, but which ones are the most common that work for the particular properties listed above?
I think if you find really great deal then it is much easier to raise downpayment. There are lot of people looking for excpetional deals. I am one of them.
