$750,000 Cash BEST Options!
We have this large amount of cash so don;t need to do no money down deals. I have not invested in commercial deals to date and would like some opinions on the best palces to put the funds to get a great return from this capital. I will be having more coming in as the years proceeds and most all of this money will be in 1031 exchanges, ROTH account, and cash from sales of other properties. I have been in the business for 26 years and am not adverse to the risk involved in real estate but not sure I am nearly as excited about going out and doing rehab rpojects as I once did.
It depends on what area of the country do you want to invest? Are you primarily looking for cash flow or upside? Short or long term investments? etc...$750k is a good chuck to diversify into a couple of different properties if you leverage your cash with some debt.

Thanks for the response, I have found a NNN property for 2.2 million and am pretty sure I am going to buy it, just going through the due diligence right now. I am trying to rudece my single family housing that I have had for years and get into some less management intensive type of properties. We will sell a few more now and buy another. I have looked at apartments but I really am hesitant about those. If you get a good manager you are alright ut if not just another nightmere. I have never had a big complex just a lot of rentals but just the way it would appear to me.
