I didn't think a duplex deal would go as well as it is. I closed last Thursday Over the weekend, removed the spray cottage cheese ceiling and removed the base boards and relisted it on Sunday at 200K higher. I rec'd a offer 3% less that full lising AS-IS. STOP all work. Check out what the market will bare.
