What Is "tenants Are M/M?

I was reading an ad for an upscale/artsy duplex for sale and it said the "tenants are M/M". What does this mean?

Also, what is SFR? Single Family...rental?

Thanks.

    M/M = Month to Month
    SFR = Single Family Residence

    "...tenants are m/m..." in chicgoland it means that the tenants are month to month. I do this for some of the buildings manage have them without leases - makes somethings easier
