What Is A R-71 Type Property?

does anyone know where i can find a guide or a link that i can get this type zoning information.

i know a R-32 is a 2 family house.

this particular house is a 2fam and is zoned for R-71???

i live in NY.

i tried doing a search and cant find anything!!

    Did you try calling the building dept or dept of revenue for your city or county?
    Some of them even have web sites you can check without calling.
