any lenders that help with finishing up duplex 1 side is complete other needs work. dont have a mortgage bought 4 months ago,i know that seasoning is a issue. anyway around it.

If you dont have a mortgage then you could just refinance. Or you could set up financing and sell the one that is finished to pay for the one that isnt. You could setup a note for the renter and sell the note. Or you could sell the half that isnt finished to a rehabber.
