Unconvert Garage
I recently bought a house to rehab and rent. The garage had been converted to a bedroom years ago. While measuring to replace the window in the wall that replaced the overhead door and there is termite damage. It got me to thinking,
would I be better off making it a garage again? It was a small 2 bd 1bath 1car that has a 3/4 bath and den added on.
