Trying To Figure A Deal
I would like to pick up a duplex and a sfh in Vermont . after checking zonong etc. I find that I could add a mother in Law appartment on to the house where the garage now sits. 30,000.00 .They are asking 245 for the two. If iI rented the house as is I could get 1000.00 a month and if I put on the apartment I could either sell it for around 200. I was thinking that I could rent the house out with an option for 1200.00 and fix the apartments up to make them liveable
