I have not used it but if you are trying to buy a product in order to learn how to estimate a rehab then thats a different animal.
I appears that it is a generic spread sheet for rehabbing cost. Which may work great if you have experience with rehabs and know how to estimate them.
However, unlike new construction, new additions and some remodeling work (which one can typically use hard numbers) rehabbing is a different animal. Each rehab may have its own hidden problems not to mention local code requirements that differ from municipality / state.
I would contact Mr. Beebe via email and find out what it does and doesnt do.
Anyone telling me that a product can do it all...........is full of it. That's not to say that such products can not assist you but there are limitations.
