To Hold Or To Sell?
A mortgage broker told me that I couldn't buy a property fix up and sell because the loan needed to be seasoned for 7-9 months and it also may violate the RESPA act. Can anyone tell me why I can't buy this house, put a 1st mortgage on it and turn around and sell in a couple of months?
