PNTN is another. Try 4 or 5 if you have a negligible title problem or address the problem with a good attorney.
Can you split the middle with a post and have 2 sets of bifolds. That would make each run less than half of the current 6 feet and the slope should be less obvious
Good idea, but I already framed out the 6ft and a post would take away from that. The closet used to be two separate doors with a small wall in the middle, I took it out to increase closet space.
yeah it passed. The eye doesnt catch it. Maybe half inch is an overstatement, but its enough where water that splashing on the side is not falling back into the tub.
Can you expand on what you are looking for here? All title companies must follow rules, guidelines, etc.

yeah, not happy with the tub at all.
Drill small holes in the window bottom frame to let the water out. Sell quickly.
The tubs installed incorrectly, nothings going to fix it, except re-installing it level.
