Staging To Sell
I am wondering how many of you stage your properties when selling and to what extent. I put freshflowers in kitchen and baths, luxuios towels in baths, decorative stuff in kitchen and outside lounge chairs, table plants and flowers. I dont have any furniture though.
I do about the same amount of staging and think it helps a lot. One trick I learned from my RE agent was to put a sezy red nightgown inthe master closet. it gets a lot of comments and laughs and people remember the house for it. I just keep a few boxes with knick knacks and stuff to put around and then "borrow" some of my wifes plants each time I put a house up for sale. it is a small expense for how much good it does..

Before you go out and purchase your supplies, consider taking a look at Ebay & go to "gift cards"
look at the Lowes/ Home Depot/ cards being offered
at a discount to face - Great way to save $$$$$ & still get what you want ! Can save up to 15% on the larger $$ cards. Just trying to help. Mark

Its all good this is to help eachother out. Im in it to make money and to help others to do the same. just give me a good email and we can work on helping eachother out.
