Sold My Complete Rehab
Well it took 5 months to complete but my Baltimore rehab is complete and sold-
Total rehab cost $72k- which included a full gut job, redone floors, new kitchen with granite and high end cabinets, prep sink, HVAC, new electric, new plumbing, exposed brick work, everything new-
building cost me $80k
Settled @ 238K with the seller
Very cool! So after all the realtor fees/holding costs/expenses etc...what will you net? 50K? Not bad for five months work! Do two of those a year and you will be sittin pretty!
