Are you speaking about smoke from fire or smake for cigarettes?

There are special paints to use... After you wipe the walls... Simple process.. But keep that info to yourself...

A little more expensive but takes the smell away...

I love cigarettes...They make yellow walls and then kill the owners, the children are too emotionally distraught over dad or mom’s death that they cant deal with cleaning up the cause, of their early departure, before hiring a Realtor, so they call "I Buy Houses, Ugly Ones Too" TM and we buy them… Fix them ….. Sell them…

Yea I guess the insurance company of the current owner has to do an inspection to make sure the house is habitable. Anyone have any experience with these inspections? Want to make sure Im not getting in over my head.

It is a big gamble unless you do it right or will always have the smoke smell. Strip whole house down to studs getting rid of all drywall, insulation and ductwork.
