Should I Start With A LLC Or Corporation Or Both?
My husband and I are ready to start our own business rehabbing houses.
IS there anybody out there that can tell me which one I should do for this type of business bu I am not sure how to structure it. Should I buy the property using a LLC and then have the Corp. foot the cost for the rehab., then split the profits between the two ? Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
