Selling My First Rehab

I have completed my first rehab about 4 months ago and have tried selling it FSBO ever since. We have had a lot of people come by and think it is a great house and a good price, but no one with any credit. I wouldn't mind doing some owner financing in the future, but I am concerned about doing it on the first one because this is my family's current residence and I do not want to have our credit extended too far. I would like to hear some ideas on how I might be able to sell this house in such a way that I would not be extended too far with my credit.
