Selling In The Winter
I live in Cleveland,Ohio and it looks like my first rehab will be done around Jan.- Feb. How much trouble do you have finding a buyer for a home in the middle of winter ? How do most of you find buyers ? Through listing on the MLS or selling yourself ? Thank you for all the advice, it is much appreciated.

thanks...I appreciate everyones advice....I just wanted to make sure I do not get stuck with a home for too much longer than expected and eat away all those nice profits on holding costs. Thanks...
The 5-8 points is a killer.
If you went to the full 80% - paid 5-8 points - after holding and realtor fees not alot left over for profit.
