Sales Tax On Rehab Purchases?
Hello,
When I go to purchase all the materials like paint, flooring, appliances, etc is there a way I can avoid paying sales tax? Like form a LLP and receive a tax ID or something along those lines? I will be selling the house after the rehab is complete.

You you are not supposed to use a TAX exempt number if you are the end user of the products. You are only supposed to use a TAX exempt number if you are reselling the products. You will not be reselling the products...you will be consuming them.
No, if your state taxes those items, then you need to pay the sales tax.
