Room Addition?
I just started my first deal, it includes two seperate houses right next to each other. They are both pretty small, one at 450 Sq Ft and 550 Sq Ft. both are 1/1. I was just wondering what do most of you pay for room additions? I was thinking about mabey a 150 Sq Ft bed room on each house. From what I see in the neighborhood I think the additions to the houses should add around 10K in value per house. Thanks for any info

Hard to say from Conecticut. Once I finished a basement. I never added footage. Maybe these houses are rentals if they will not sell with thier existing footage.
Out in CA maybe you can build them together and sell it with a single lot.
In Colorado about $120 a square foot is average.
Thanks for the info, Im gonna try and talk with some contractors tommarow, hope it goes well. Oh and I want to do the add ons to incress the square footage and my profit
