Replace Boiler Or Install Forced Air Furnace

Currently rehabbing 100+ year old Victorian home (3.5k sq ft) in need of a new bolier to heat the home. I have totally gutted the home and need some input. Boiler cost @ 3k. vs. Furnace 1.5k, Duct work??? Any ideals?

    Replace the boiler. The market expects it. Besides you can run AC off the furnace, you cannot do that with a boiler.
