Removing Glue
I have done this many times.
I think there is an easier way. I was at Lowes the other day and the the rental Dept. (Nation's Rent) had a rental tool that I have never seen before: it is basically a power scraper on wheels. Comes with different blades depending on what you are doing.
Go rent this and tell me hoew it works.
