Rehabbing
ok here's the deal. i have found a few houses in my area that are in need of rehabbing. i am going to call the title company and get some info. now my questions to you guys is after i get the info from the title company and call the number that they give me. whats my next step.
There are lots of steps.
Are you saying the homes are run down but you do not know how to reach the owners (and they are not listed with an agent)?
If that is the case, find a way to contact the owners. Mail, reverse phone directory once you have the address where the taxes are mailed, etc.
Once you have contact established you need to figure out what the property would be worth to you and therefore what you can offer the owner.
That should get you started.

thanks for the info. i have owner contact. would my next step be to offer a bid to owner. how do u find out if house is worth buying.
