Rehabbing Fire Damaged Condo

I am interested in a condo that was gutted by fire. What is involved in rehabbing a property like that? Thanks in advance.

I moved this topic to the Rehab section where it belongs.....but to answer your question.......it depends on the extent of the damage.

It may just be cosmetic..........or could be structural.......can you be more specific.

Thanks for moving it to the right forum. I am not sure whether there is any structural damages. How do I get that evaluated and what are the steps involved assuming that there is structural damage?
