That would depend on the size and scope of the rehabs and what size your crew is. In my office here it looks like about 1-2 a month between all of us..
she has crews of sub contractors that almost work exclusivly with her because she does so much quantity. i know a number of rehabbers who have there own crews of cheap labor that do the various jobs for them. the problem isnt hiring out the work or getting crews together its getting the cash and funding to do all the houses she does. since most rehabbs are in such a mess, banks wont loan on them so you need private money or build up your bank account by starting small.[ Edited by ZinOrganization on Date 01/30/2005 ]
oh i agree completly that she is now making plenty of money to do three houses a week. but the fact is she didnt start out doing three houses a week. and she didnt start out selling seminars to fund them, atleast i hope she didnt.
